This one is just a cry of pain of someone who's been left alone by life itself. Someone who can't face everyday. He says he's stuck into his dimension of regret and endless agony and he's sure that he's dead among the living. When he was alive, he was nothing and now that he's dead he's still nothing so he's like a ghost that cries and cries because he does not deserve all this suffering but at the end he becomes the "sufferance" and curses life.
